Dosage: 1 teaspoon after breakfast and 1 teaspoon after dinner for 30 days, with proper diet plan. After which a gap of 15 days is required and then start again for next 30 days 1 teaspoon after breakfast only.
So you can understand that Formula T19 will not be suitable for people suffering with diarrhea, stomach ulcers, piles, Ulcerative Colitis, IBS, and for women who have a history of heavy menstruation.
