Start your day with Henna water and honey for breakfast, then eat Talbinah after two hours. Few more things to adopt & many to eliminate (see a sample diet chart attached). Henna water should be discontinued after 10 days & taken twice a week, but drink Honey + water daily on an empty stomach.

Hijamah was performed on the back. (I rarely cup on the stomach as that area gives the least blood drainage, most of Hijamah blood is in your back).

Dosage:The dosage for children will be half the quantity recommended for adults.
