French Manicure: French Manicure Instructions: Apply 1-2 Coats (depending on desired look) of Petra over each nail. Once dry, apply one coat of Abu Dhabi on the tips of each nail. You may use tape to create a straight line. Once dry, add one coat of Top Coat Clear to polish off the look.
