TOUR COST INCLUDES: 

• Haj Package duration : 40 days (including the transportation according to the schedule)
• Return Air Ticket for CHENNAI - JEDDAH – CHENNAI
• AT MAKKAH - comfortable A/c accommodation with all facilities very close to Haram Shariff
• AT MADINA - comfortable A/c accommodation with all facilities very close to Haram Shariff
• Comfortable tents will be provided with Air Coolers to stay at MINA during Hajj period
• A/c Bus transport from Airport to Hotel and Vice Versa. Makkah to Madina and back
• Guidance for Ziarath at Makkah and Madina, Mina, Arafath & Muzdalifa

• Hajjis coming to Makkah from Mina for performance of 'Tawaf-E-Khuddum' and back to Mina have to bear their own conveyance and food expenses
• If you travel other than program and / or Group Dates, individually and / or travel by private Taxi in Saudi Arabia you will incur and pay for additional transportation charge which is also subject to the Rules and Regulation of Ministry of Hajj, Saudi Arabia
• Foreign exchange etc., Under BTQ scheme each person eligible to draw 3,000 USD at his own cost
• Any increase in the airfare that may come into force prior to the advertised scheduled journey, has to be made good by the pilgrims
• Increase in the ground arrangements and Moallim Fees due to fluctuation in exchange rates or any other reasons, the passengers will have to pay difference and / of the additional amount so required before departure
• Wheel Chair for disabled/aged persons, should be arranged individually at their own cost. Tour cost does not include it
• Expenses of personal nature such as tips to hotel staff, laundry, porterage, etc
• Excess luggage transport fare from Makkah to Jeddah

OTHER TERMS:

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR HAJ

• Advance Amount of INR 1,00,000/- by Cash/Cheque/DD/RTGS BANK TRANSFER
• For Hajj: 12 colour photos in pure white back ground size: 3.5 cm x 4.5 cm size photos
• Original passport with 6 months minimum validity from the date of departure and minimum 4 empty pages
• All foreign passport holders have to give their PIO/CIO cards for Umrah / Hajj visa stamping

BOOKING CONDITIONS

• Please read our Terms and Conditions fully before booking
• A deposit of INR 1.00,000/- per person must be made at the time of booking. If, for any reason, the booking cannot be subsequently confirmed, a full refund will be made
• Balance amount should be paid whenever intimation is given to you through a Phone call or Letter
• Full settlement should be made before the departure date

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

• Once the booking has been confirmed the following charges will be payable in the event of cancellation by the applicant (passenger)
• 100% Cancellation less than 8 days prior to departure
• 50% Cancellation less than 15 days prior to departure
• 25% Cancellation less than 21 days prior to departure
• INR 5000 less than 45 days
• For refund, receipts issued at the time of payment should be submitted back
