Musalli Smart Prayer Time Indicator Setup box

Musalli setup box has to be connected LED /LCD TV of any size having HDMI Port for displaying prayer times. This TV is not supplied by us it has to be purchased by the user separately as per their requirement.

• Displaying Current Date in Gregorian & Hijri ( in Two languages by default English and Urdu)
• Next Hijri date will be changed automatically after magrib starts
• Displaying day and month name
• Displaying All farz Salaah names (in two languages)
• Displaying All Jamaat time (can be set by user)
• Displaying Juma Jamaat time (can be set by user).
• Displaying Sahr and Iftar time
• Displaying Makrooh times (tulu- sunrise, Zawwal – Mid day, Ghurub – Sunset)
• Current Farz salath will be highlighted during starting time to ending time so that musallees can easily pray salaah with in the time
• Displaying a blinking text for one minute as indication for start of Azan and Jamaat time
• Displaying a blinking text during makrooh period
• Making announcement – Elan in English, Urdu, Arabic and all regional languages
• Displaying of Masjid’s name, announcement and Nawafil Prayer starting time (Tahajjud, Ishraq, chasht and awwabeen) in the scrolling text at the bottom of the screen

Administration of Musalli Setup box:

All settings can be done using Remote supplied with the setup box or you can also connect usb mouse and work. Internet connection is required for updating salath timings or settings, but not required to display the Salath timings.
Can set date and time if required.
Can configure wifi connection for internet.
Can set calculation method to Shafai/Hanafi.
Can set Tulu, Ghurub, Zawwal duration.
Can also reduce sahr time or increase iftar time as precautionary measure.
Can increase or decrease hijri date when required by 1 or 2 days.
Can View Masjid details like Masjid name, Address, phone number, user id and password.
Can modify masjid address, phone numbers and password.
Starting and ending time of each prayer/ event is calculated automatically, but Azan and Jamaat timings can be configured as per requirement in four modes.

1. FIXD – In this mode the Azan and Jamaat time has to be set manually whenever changes is required.

2. Automatic Mode – In this mode Azan and Jamaat timings are calculated automatically based on Starting and Ending time. Multiplier for Azan and Jamaat can be set to 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes. 5 Minutes multiplier means next change in the Jamaat timing is of 5minutes for example current jamaat time 5:15AM the next change in the jamaat will be 5:20AM next 5:25AM if there is increase in starting time and 5:10AM next 5:05AM if there is decrease in the starting time of the prayer.
For ex: If starting time of fajr is 4:32AM and you want to set the azan to 4:45 and Jamaat to 5:15 AM, then set the Round up to 05Mn and adhan duration 10 and Jamaat duration after Azan to 30.

00Mn – This is also an automatic mode of calculation of Azan and Jamaat. This is used when the set Azan immediately after Starting time. Generally this is used for Maghrib prayer where the Azan will start immediately after the commencement of magrib time and Jamaat is after the Azan.

Announcements – Elan this option is used to make announcement which is displayed in the scrolling text at the bottom of the TV screen. The announcement can be made in any Unicode supported language such as Urdu, Arabic, Kannada, English etc.

Musalli Android App:

Musalli android app will make musallees to stay connected with the masjid and get the announcement from masjids.
Any changes in the Masjid salaah timings, announcement will be synchronized automatically.

Current events will be highlighted (Fajr, Zuhr, Asr, Magrib, Isha, Tulu, Zawwal, Ghurub, Tahajjud, Ishraq, Chasht, Awwabeen)

Make donations to your masjid using e-payment platforms.
You can keep a track of your Missed and Prayed Salaah Farz and nawafil.
Notification Time for Iqamah is approaching. is displayed with an audio reminder before 10 minutes of each Farz Jamaat (user can set on/off notification and reminder).
Notification displayed Did you perform salaah? After jamaat timings to remind and keep track prayed/missed salaah.
Another very useful option is your mobile can be set to turn to Silent mode automatically before jamaat, and turn to regular mode automatically after jamaat, thus avoiding the disturbance from the mobile ringtones during prayer time.
The above options needs some permission like battery optimization, autostart, donot disturb which need to set by the user if the same was not set automatically by the app.
Updates from your masjid will be automatically synchronized every day. But if you want to check the update manually you can also do so.
