These are wild caught from the southern coasts of India, the delicate flesh of these large Prawns cooks very quickly and is best grilled or pan fried swiftly. The sweet flesh is reminiscent of lobster with firm texture and rich, buttery taste. Prawns are a good low-fat source of protein, also including plenty of vitamins A and E, that are vital for healthy skin and eyes.
