Students all over the world learning Arabic using Dr. V. Abdur Rahim's Arabic Language Programmed (popularly known as Madina Arabic Books / Durus al-lugha al-arabiyya) have expressed their desire to learn conversational Arabic in order to be able to communicate in this blessed language. In response to this world-wide popular desire, the Institute of the Language of the Quran, Toronto, Onatario, Canada conducted, in 2010, a three week conversational course with selected students and Dr. V. Abdur Rahim as the instructor. The course was video-taped and later converted into three DVDs. Transcriptions of these DVDs were prepared to help the listener understand the conversations better. We have great pleasure in presenting this books to the students of the language of the Glorious Quran all over the world with the earnest hope that they will go a long way towards helping them achieve their cherished goal of acquiring conversational Arabic
