How to place an Order in IslamicShop.in?

Follow these simple steps:

  • Please select the product from the list of categories or search for your product on the search bar
  • If the selected product is an apparel such as Abayas, Thobes, T-Shirts, etc, we request you to check the size chart before selecting your size
  • If you are selecting electronic, books or cosmetic products, please check the product description before ordering
  • Once you have found an item you want to buy, add the quantity you want and click on the 'Add to cart' button
  • You can then either continue shopping or review the items in your shopping bag by clicking on the ‘Shopping Cart’ button in the upper right corner
  • Once you have done shopping, click the 'Checkout' button to complete your order
  • You may choose the payment options, language, and currency applicable to your region

We have 4 kinds of payment options:

  • Online payments, Bank/UPI transfer, Cash on Delivery and PayPal
  • You can select any of the above payments as per your convenience
  • An order confirmation email and SMS will be sent after your transaction has been completed
  • Once your items are dispatched, you will receive an email as well SMS with the tracking number, you can use to track your order

Q. Do the shipping charges vary from country to country?
A. Yes, the shipping charges may vary from country to country. The shipping charges from your destination will be indicated when you place the order.

Q. Is there any shipping charges for deliveries within India?
A.  Apart from certain regions, the shipping charges may apply to various cities based on the seller’s policy.

Q. How will I track my product once it has been shipped?
A. Yes, you would receive an email with the airway bill number of the courier once it is shipped. You will be able to track with the respective courier.

Q. Do you accept payment via Debit card?
A. Yes, we accept all major Debit cards.

Q. How do I know that my transaction has been successful?
A. You would receive an order confirmation via email with the corresponding order number for your future reference.

Q. Do you accept payment via other methods?
A. You can make your payment through Bank Transfer method. Please choose your preferred payment method while making your purchases. If you choose the Bank Transfer method then we will send you an email stating the Bank Payment details.

Q. How do I return a product, if I don’t like it?
A. Please report the return to us within 24 hours of receiving the product. You may email or call us and inform us the same.

Q. Can the billing address and shipping address be different?
A. Yes, the billing address and shipping address can be different.
